The building owners or the Owners’ Corporation (OC) after the Buildings Department (BD) issues a statutory notice requiring a prescribed inspection, he or she have to appoint a Registered Inspector (RI):

If the inspection reveals safety concerns, the RI specifies the necessary repair works in a repair proposal, repair work services include:

Submit Required Documentation to the Buildings Department
We are an independent party with no direct contractor relationship. So if contractors need to be appointed for improvement works, our office will handle the tender process to ensure that an open and fair price is obtained.
